Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Age:  7 - 10 years

Proof: 47.6% Alc/Vol. |  95.2 Proof

Batch 2 is comprised of ten different barrels sourced from four Kentucky heritage distilleries. Aged between seven and ten years, the whiskey spent time in both Kentucky and California. It was proofed down in cask slowly over a year to bring out a rich and refined texture. After blending, it spent an additional six months resting in tank before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
An effortless combination of sweet, savory, and subtle spice. Aromas of candy corn, cake donuts, brown butter, and peach cobbler are balanced by savory elements of nutmeg and cured oak. It remains easy on the palate while having the structure to hold up with food, in a cocktail, or with a cigar.

Distillery:  Midwestern Grain Products (MGP) in Indiana

Proof: 54% Alc/Vol  |  108 Proof

Mashbill:  95% Rye  5% Malted Barley

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of honey graham crackers, saddle leather, lemon zest, and crushed black pepper. On the palate, subtle flavors of apricot, seasoned oak, vanilla custard, and spices.
